Although window cleaning is the primary service that Squeegee Squad provides, our niche involves so much more than clean windows.  Squeegee Squad is a professional residential and commercial/high rise window cleaning company that also offers gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, roof clean, glass restoration, scratch removal, caulking, snow removal, holiday lighting, and ice dam removal services.  We are a part of an international franchise that provides top quality detailed services from trained skilled technicians.  We strive to enhance the over all customer experience with our owner's expertise in home roof/siding and gutter repairs, water intrusion, and commercial caulking.  Mel offers this expertise and experience with his more than 20 years of experience working with homeowners on their home maintenance and remodeling needs.  

Expertise and Experience is also something that the Squeegee Squad brand offers at an international level as a franchise that was founded on the idea of providing the best quality window cleaning services at a broad level in offering the customer quality detailed window cleaning from experienced employees.  The Squeegee Squad brand is about Quality, not quantity.  Our international franchise takes the best in the business and works together to collaborate skills and knowledge at a macro level.  Franchise owners have created their own support network of bouncing ideas and service options off each other and sharing successful systems so that we are able to be the best at what we do.  We network in person on an annual to semiannual basis at regional conferences in which we are updated on what is new in the industry and what the best industry standards are for our services.  We want our customers to be aware of the importance of our standards and brand so that they know they are in good hands!





QUALITY STAFF

 A good company is only as good as its weakest link.  We make it our mission to build our company on the standards and skills of all our technicians so that our customers are reassured that they can trust Squeegee Squad's technicians in their homes.  We take the safety and training of our staff very seriously which starts with  screening process of who we hire.  All of our staff members receive mandatory drug testing and comprehensive nationwide background checks through Drug Test Midwest, LLC and Double Check Background Screening to ensure that we hire the highest quality employees.  Once employees are hired, we offer initial and continued routine safety training as well as professional training and supervision according to the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA), Pressure Washers of North America (PWCA), Window Cleaners Safety (WCSA), and Tremco Sealants.  Our technicians are also given the opportunity to train with the franchise founders on high rise practices as well as receive training with other company leaders for Squeegee Squad International.  This winter, we sent two of our technicians to a Squeegee Squad International site in North Carolina for thorough training on commercial caulking, high rise, and swing stage cleaning practices.   With ongoing training, supervision, and safety standards, we are confident that our crews will get the job done right!



QUALITY SERVICES  

A company is also only as good as the services it provides.  Our company owner, Mel, takes a tremendous amount of pride in the standards and services that Squeegee Squad provides.  He is frequently re-evaluating these services and the systems we use in providing them.  His highest priority is always safety with a simple philosophy that all staff will go home unharmed every night.  He is unwilling to compromise their safety for any reason, even if it means giving up a large contract with a commercial customer who is unwilling to meet OSHA expectations in order to save money.  Mel does frequent toolbox training with staff and will also do spot checks to be sure they are always following OSHA safety standards.  He tells his staff that is never worth it to cut corners to save a few minutes time.

Mel's second priority is the detail involved in window cleaning and other services.  He tells both his customers and technicians that he expects the windows to look fantastic and will accept no other option.  Customers know that they can call at any time with questions/concerns, and we will do whatever we can to make it right.  We train our technicians to do the same in that they sincerely care about the customer's satisfaction and are willing to do customer service follow ups when necessary.  We also empower our lead technicians to train and lead in providing ongoing training on what the expectations are.  Customers know that we care and will go above and beyond the call of duty to provide the best service. 


CUSTOMER SERVICE

A company is only as good as the satisfaction of each and every customer.  As a company, we recognize that our customer satisfaction is the ultimate outcome of an excellent product, service, and staff.  We want our customers to have a positive experience from the first phone call, email, or text message to the final outcome of the project.  Our office staff have a background in social work and customer service with both disabled and senior clients which helps put customers at ease when they call with questions or concerns.  We also enjoy sending thank you emails, cards, and an occasional "surprise" in the mail to let our customers know how much we appreciate their business, reviews, and referrals.   We want our customer interactions to be memorable in that the customer knows that they are trusting their valuable home with someone who sincerely cares.   As a business owner and sales representative, Mel takes the time to build relationships with his customers through conversations and onsite visits. We value those relationships and that is why we have a growing routine customer base for annual, semi-annual, and sometimes even monthly services.  Our customers know that they are choosing a service from someone who cares about them and someone they can trust!
